If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our boutique within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired item. 

We will process your exchange as a separate transaction, and standard shipping fees will apply.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item. If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, we will automatically process a refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 How to Initiate a Return

Contact our store at info@fabfindsbtq.com to request a return. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label. The label charge is based on location and weight and will be the most economical option.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
